Main Application

Suitable for high-volume, line‑type production of wooden doors, enabling simultaneous four‑sided sawing. For composite doors, the fastest square‑cutting operation can be completed in as little as 45 seconds.

This machine is characterized by synchronous four side cross cutting that allows the process accomplish within 45 seconds.

Main Features

All four sawing units are equipped with primary and secondary saws working in tandem to ensure that the cut edges remain free of chipping.

The door leaf is processed using a center‑aligned sawing method to ensure symmetrical shaping.

Simultaneous four-sided sawing ensures that the square‑sawing process is completed within 40 seconds.

The machine’s two edge‑sawing units are positioned beneath the door panel for cutting. As the wood thickness varies, the auxiliary saw height requires no adjustment, ensuring centered edge cutting. The angle of both edge‑sawing units is continuously adjustable from 0° to 5°.

Through-type vertical automatic loading and unloading; the CNC system can be equipped with an automatic barcode‑scanning function as required by the production line.

A four‑corner pneumatic cylinder is used to clamp the workpiece during machining.

During square sawing, the long edges are simultaneously milled; the long-edge sawing unit is equipped with an 11 kW electric spindle that drives a milling cutter to machine L‑shaped rebate joints for mating doors.

The four saw sets are equipped with main and scoring saws working together ensures the clean cutting surfaces and edges.

The two vertical edge saw sets are setting under the workpiece.

As the thickness of the wooden door changes, the height of scoring saws does not need to be adjusted. The vertical edge is centered for sawing.
