Main Features

A dual-station discharge platform is installed at the discharge end to facilitate continuous operation of the unloading process.

The saw blade’s vertical movement is driven by linear guide rails, ensuring smooth lifting and a flat, smooth cut.

The CNC system can interface with production control software to enable automated manufacturing, and it also supports batch processing via Excel spreadsheets. The automatic labeling system ensures seamless data integration with downstream processes.

Double discharging stations are convenient for continuous operation of blanking process.

The saw blade lifting adopts linear guide rail to ensure the workpiece kerf flat and smooth.

Automatic CSV file interface will link up the next working process.
